1) Social casino / simulated play

The Service offers simulated casino-style gameplay for entertainment only. No real-money gambling is offered. Virtual currency, points, chips, and virtual items (collectively, "Virtual Items") have no cash value and are not redeemable for money or money-equivalents.

2) Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

3) Prohibited conduct

• No cheating, bots, scripting, exploits, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
• No abusive, harassing, hateful, or unlawful content or behavior.
• No selling, transferring, or trading accounts or Virtual Items.

4) Virtual Items & purchases (if offered)

Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and are non-transferable and non-redeemable. If optional purchases are offered, all fees (including any in-app purchases) are displayed at checkout. All purchases are final to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and we do not guarantee availability of any Virtual Item.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, text, logos, and game mechanics, is owned by or licensed to crimsonfoxlounge.com and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, remove content, or reset/adjust Virtual Items if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, to protect users or the Service, or for operational/security reasons. Upon termination, your license ends and Virtual Items may be forfeited.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, or that outcomes in simulated play reflect skill, probability, or any real-world results.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crimsonfoxlounge.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or Virtual Items, arising from your use of the Service.

9) Disputes & contact

Before starting any formal process, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve issues informally. Email: contact@crimsonfoxlounge.com. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
